Enid Pride Program

Enid PRIDE (Producing, Resourceful, Informed, and Devoted Employees) is a customer service and Enid familiarization program for employees who interact with the public regularly. The program is delivered through a partnership between OSU Extension, Enid Regional Development Alliance, Enid Chamber, Enid Convention & Visitors Bureau, and Main Street Enid. The purpose of the program is to deliver customer service training for front line employees and provide an answer to the question, “What is there to do in Enid?” The program is offered monthly and it is also available to businesses that are not able to participate on regular training dates. PRIDE training can be tailored for specific companies or business sectors. To attend one of the regular training sessions or schedule a PRIDE program, please contact Stan Ralstin with the OSU Extension at 580-237-1228.
