Asphalt runway is 6,398 feet long/150 feet wide with instrument approach. Second runway is 5,511 feet long/100 feet wide.

Capable of landing dual landing gear configuration (i.e. Boeing 737 aircraft) with 88,000 pound limitation.

With a control tower, radar approach control and full IFR capabilities, Woodring is ideal for initial flight training, corporate hangars and maintenance facilities for large aircraft undergoing rebuild.

Airport services include a restaurant, numerous hangar facilities, avionics maintenance facilities, FAA Repair Stations, flight school, air taxi and aircraft rental.

CIMARRON INDUSTRIAL AIRPARK:

The Cimarron Industrial Airpark is situated adjacent to Woodring Regional Airport.

Designated as an Oklahoma Certified Industrial Park, the Cimarron Industrial Airpark has restrictions and covenants designed to protect the value of the companies located in the park.

The park has over 130 acres ready to be developed as individual lots or as a single industrial site.

The park is served by a comprehensive utility infrastructure and Oklahoma's utility costs are among the lowest in the nation.

The park has taxiways leading to the runways.

The park lies parallel to the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad tracks should rail service be needed.

The site is currently served by a comprehensive utility infrastructure and the land can be development as individual lots or as a single industrial site.

  • FINANCING:

    • Enid offers Local Quality Jobs Incentives that are tied to payroll thresholds, wage levels and new capital investment.

    Tax Increment Financing-For projects that involve major capital investment, tax increment financing can be utilized to help pay a portion of the project costs. Establishing a TIF district allows the city or county to capture the incremental property tax generated by the project and use the new revenue to pay for public and private improvements.
